The Postpartum Snack Box
Postpartum Snacks for the Hungry New Mom
Helping mothers thrive
When a baby is born, so is a mother. She needs nourishment, rest, support, and nurturing just like baby. Mother Goose Goodies are postpartum snacks made by a mom + Certified Postpartum Nutrition Consultant on a mission to change how new mothers are supported. They are nutritious and tasty, with a special emphasis on ingredients that promote healing, lactation support, and are comforting for the soul. Most are great to grab and eat one-handed, too. The snacks are delivered to your doorstep weekly, so you can focus on resting, recovering, and bonding with your new little love.
Always made in Ballard with organic, refined-sugar free, whole ingredients. And lots of love. <3

Hi! I am Sorayya - mom, wife, and Certified Postpartum Nutrition Consultant. After my first postpartum experience, I knew just how important support was for a new mother. I had no clue how disorienting and intense this whole delicate period could feel. For me, it was nourishing food, cozy drinks, and supportive family that helped me to feel grounded and come back to myself. This experience led me to study and become a Certified Postpartum Nutrition Consultant. I am so passionate about helping new mothers have more peaceful, joyful postpartum experiences. Thank you for being here and supporting my mission, one snack at a time!

No! Of course anyone can enjoy these snacks. While I do prioritize certain ingredients that support a postpartum body, most are beneficial for non-postpartum bodies too. If you want snacks in the lead-up to birth, start your box early!

Organic is very important to me. It is what I feed my own family, and believe it is so important for a recovering body. Everything I create is organic, to the best of my sourcing ability!

Great! We offer gift cards. Just get in touch with me and we'll figure out the best box for your friend.

Absolutely not! While minimum 4 weeks is recommended to maximize your recovery, 'postpartum' can last much longer and so can the need for quick, nutritious snacks.
