Nourishing the Early Days

We will dive into how different cultural practices from around the world can benefit you during the early postpartum days, weeks, and months.

Important Nutrients Postpartum

It all begins with our nutrition. In this session we will discuss which nutrients to prioritize to ensure both you and baby are adequately nourished and able to thrive.

Postpartum Conditions & Remedies

Learn about some common postpartum conditions, what to watch out for, some remedies to soothe them, and when you’d need to contact your care provider.

Breastfeeding & Bottle Support

An Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant will join us to discuss the numerous breastfeeding and bottle feeding questions that commonly come up.

Infant Sleep

If we understand the reality of what sleep may look, how it changes, and how we can best support ourselves and our individual baby through the journey, we’ll enter postpartum ready to roll with anything. An infant sleep specialist will hold our hand through this session.

Emotionally Welcoming Motherhood

Motherhood can bring about a massive identity shift, and things like your relationship to yourself and your partner can change. We will welcome a postpartum doula to guide us through ways to support yourself emotionally (and physically), how to work through things like resentment, and how to have a smoother overall landing within your new role.

As the saying goes, it takes a village. Sometimes, you need to create one for yourself. Join a community of mamas ready to welcome you with open arms, ears and hearts.
